Intro to IFS for EMDR Therapists (STEP ONE)
This is an introductory experiential IFS course and a pre-requisite option for an experiential IFS training for EMDR Therapists seeking to advance to IFS-Informed EMDR (STEP TWO). Of course, since it focuses predominantly on teaching the basics of IFS, non-EMDR therapists are welcome and will benefit as well!
This is an IFS boot camp, or a review, with guided practice experiences in the roles of therapist and client. It is necessary for the next step, unless you have equivalent experiential training in IFS, or IFS Institute Level One. Because you really can't integrate EMDR and IFS if you aren't sufficiently grounded in IFS.
